Framer is a site builder with a design-tool canvas, and its shortcuts follow the Figma conventions for layers and alignment while adding a set for the AI agent panel that generates and edits pages. The table is the Windows keymap; the Additional group shows the macOS originals, which is where Framer's documentation is written.

F, T and R insert a frame, text and rectangle. ] and [ bring a layer to the front or send it to the back, and Ctrl + Alt + Up and Ctrl + Alt + Down move it one step. Alignment follows a WASD layout on the Alt key — left is Alt + A, right Alt + D, top Alt + W and bottom Alt + S — with Alt + H and Alt + V centring — with Alt + Shift + H and Alt + Shift + V distributing. A layer's style is copied with Ctrl + Alt + C and applied elsewhere with Ctrl + Alt + V, and Ctrl + Shift + C copies only the fill.
Ctrl + Alt + K turns the selection into a component, Ctrl + Shift + K creates a component from code, and Ctrl + Shift + M merges an override back into the main component. Ctrl + [ and Ctrl + ] go back and forward through the pages and breakpoints you have visited — not indent, as in many editors. P opens the preview of the current page in a new window.
A opens the Agent panel, where a prompt can generate a section, restyle a page or edit copy; Enter sends and Shift + Enter adds a line. Alt + Up and Alt + Down recall previous prompts, Ctrl + Alt + A opens Agent Select for choosing what the agent may touch, and Esc closes the input. Ctrl + Alt + P re-runs the last plugin and Ctrl + Alt + L opens the development plugin for anyone building one.
In Framer, Ctrl + [ and Ctrl + ] navigate back and forward through your history of pages and breakpoints.
Press [ with it selected. ] brings it to the front; the Ctrl + Alt + arrow keys move one step at a time.
Press A to show the Agent panel. Enter sends the prompt; Alt + Up recalls earlier prompts.
The main table is the Windows keymap. On macOS, Cmd replaces Ctrl and Option replaces Alt; the Additional group lists the Cmd forms.
