Corrections, suggestions and questions go to one address and are read by the editor.
Reporting a wrong or missing shortcut
Please include three things, so the row can be checked without guessing:
- the address of the page and the row (the action and the key shown);
- what the key should be, and on which operating system and version of the application;
- a link to the vendor's documentation that states it, if you have one.
A confirmed error is corrected in the dataset, which updates the page, the JSON API and the printable sheets together, and the change is listed in the update log. A report that cannot be confirmed against the vendor's documentation is answered with the reason.
Suggesting a tool
Send the name of the application and, if possible, a link to its official list of shortcuts or commands. Tools whose vendor publishes such a list can be added; tools without any official list usually cannot, because every row has to trace back to vendor material.
Other questions
For anything else, including questions about using the data or the API, write to the same address. The terms describe the data licence, and the privacy policy describes how an email you send is used: only to answer you.
