Tabs
Ctrl + W closes a tab, Ctrl + T opens a fresh one, and Ctrl + Shift + T reopens the last closed tab — repeatedly, so it works back through your closed-tab history. Ctrl + Tab cycles forward; by default Firefox cycles in recently-used order with a preview strip, which you can switch to left-to-right order in Settings. Ctrl + 1-8 jumps to a tab position. Ctrl + Shift + P opens a private window — the Firefox equivalent of Chrome's Ctrl + Shift + N, and the one binding most likely to trip up someone switching between the two.
Navigation and refresh
Ctrl + L jumps to the address bar and selects the current URL so you can type over it.
