Office Cheat Sheet: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google Sheets, Notion

290 entries · 5 tools · static page, updated 2026-08-23

One page for the office stack: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, plus Google Sheets and Notion. Excel and Google Sheets are placed next to each other on purpose, because the two spreadsheets share most navigation and selection keys but diverge on formula entry and formatting; having both tables on the same page makes the differences visible. Microsoft Word is not on this bundle: its reference is large enough to stand alone.

Every row is copied from the tool's own reference page without editing. Notion's block-level shortcuts (slash commands, toggles, Markdown-style prefixes) are included because they are the keystrokes people ask about most when switching from a document editor to a block editor.
